On some items like the Chillie or Chillie v2 clothes i have a big ERROR in inventory and when i drop it i can`t take it back. same with some ammo. What can i do with this ?

You can get the textures either by downloading the Counter Strike: Source game, or you get them from the internet. Just look for a tutorial on YouTube, and you will find a guide.
